Parkour with a pen. No helmets needed.
If journaling has felt overwhelming — or just a bit flat — this is a different way in.
This isn’t about crafting perfect sentences.
It’s not about solving your life.
It’s about giving yourself more freedom on the page — and seeing what happens.
A brief embodied arrival helps you settle in. Then we experiment with guided prompts and unhurried writing time.
Something almost always shifts.
And more often than not, someone says, “Well, that wasn’t what I expected.”
Third Sundays • 1–2:30 pm ET • Zoom

Join the Get to Bed Challenge
Ready to wind down your evenings without turning sleep into another project?
The Get to Bed Challenge is a small, guided sleep reset to help you end the day more intentionally — and approach sleep with less effort.
Over 17 days, we combine three calm evening sessions with gentle email follow-through so small changes can settle into real life.
This isn’t about fixing sleep.
It’s about working with your body, your rhythms, and your actual evenings.
Live sessions meet at 8:00 pm Eastern and are designed to feel calm and doable. You’ll be guided through simple embodied practices to help shut down the day and move toward sleep — without pressure to do everything “right.”
Limited to six participants.
April 26–28 • 8:00 pm ET • Zoom
