Lifting Spirits for Spring

"Spring will come and so will happiness. Hold on. Life will get warmer." — Anita Krizzan

If you’re in Southeast Michigan, you won’t want to miss the Mid-March Mood Lift, happening Saturday, March 23rd, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the PARC annex in downtown Plymouth.

Picture this: an afternoon dedicated to banishing the winter blues and embracing the fresh energy of spring. It's the brainchild of Debra Hopper, Certified Embodiment Coach, and Lauren Berryman, owner of Om Home Organizing. At the Mid-March Mood Lift, we're diving into a variety of activities designed to uplift your spirits and prepare you for the season ahead. Think embodiment techniques to shift your mindset, hands-on junk drawer decluttering to kickstart spring organization, and even planting seeds to symbolize growth and renewal.

So, join us as we tackle stress, reclaim mental energy, and welcome the rejuvenating spirit of spring. Let's empower ourselves, find peace in the present, and spring into action together.

From Cerebral to Playful

“Sit down right now. Give me this moment. Write whatever’s running through you…Don’t try to control it. Stay present with whatever comes up, and keep your hand moving.” — Natalie Goldberg, Writing Down the Bones
